Voluntary Participation
Participation in the treasure hunt is entirely voluntary, and by registering, participants acknowledge that they are engaging in the activity at their own risk.
Responsibility for Personal Safety
Participants are solely responsible for ensuring their personal safety and well-being during the treasure hunt. This includes taking necessary precautions, being aware of their surroundings, and avoiding any unsafe or illegal actions.
Liability Waiver
Enigex is not liable for any injuries, accidents, harm, damage, or, in an unlikely case, death that may occur during participation in the treasure hunt. By agreeing to these terms, participants release Enigex, its employees, and affiliates from any and all claims arising from participation in the event.
Adherence to Rules and Regulations
Participants must adhere to the local laws, rules, and regulations of the places they visit during the treasure hunt. Any penalties, fines, or legal actions incurred due to violation of these laws are the sole responsibility of the participant.
Outdoor Activities
Participants must recognize the inherent risks of outdoor activities, including but not limited to, weather conditions, natural terrain, wildlife encounters, or other unforeseen circumstances. Enigex is not responsible for any consequences arising from these risks.
Health and Fitness
It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the treasure hunt. Any pre-existing conditions or limitations must be considered before engaging in the activity.
Respect for Private Property
Participants must not trespass on private property or cause damage to any public or private property. Any disputes or legal actions arising from such behavior are the participant's responsibility.
Non-Transferable Clues
Clues purchased are non-transferable and meant solely for the registered participant. Sharing or selling clues to third parties is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
Prize Eligibility
Prizes will be awarded only to the first participant to solve the treasure hunt correctly, based on Enigex’s final judgment, which is binding and non-negotiable.
Force Majeure
Enigex reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event in the case of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions. No refunds will be provided under such circumstances.
Agreement to Terms
By registering for the treasure hunt, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. This agreement serves as a waiver of liability and an acknowledgment of the risks involved.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from participation in the treasure hunt will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Indore, M.P., and participants agree to settle disputes amicably or through arbitration.
